Qld: Boy missing after falling into creek

BRISBANE, Dec 29 AAP - A major search is underway for a young boy who fell into a creek
on Brisbane's southside.

Police and emergency services are conducting a land and water search on boats for a
boy who fell into Bulimba creek around 1.30pm (AEST) on Tuesday.

The boy was playing around the creek when he fell in but managed to grab hold of a
tree limb, police say.

Children he was playing with ran for help but upon their return he was missing and
feared drowned.
